These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between True North ATH and the participants/clients of our spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders. They apply to all services offered, including online courses, in-person retreats, coaching sessions, and supplementary materials. By registering for our programs or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Registration for our programs can be completed through our website, via email, or by phone. The contract is formed upon confirmation by True North ATH. For certain programs, prior assessment or interview may be required to ensure program fit and participant readiness. No claim to participation exists until receipt of a registration confirmation and processing of any required deposits or payments.
Our services include online courses, in-person retreats, one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, and supplementary materials such as workbooks, guided meditations, and practice resources. The nature, scope, and duration of each program are detailed in the current service description or respective contract. True North ATH reserves the right to modify content, schedules, and facilitators if necessary for organizational or content-related reasons. If a scheduled retreat or session needs to be rescheduled, we will provide alternative dates or formats.
Program fees are payable according to the terms specified for each offering. For multi-part programs, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via credit card, electronic bank transfer, or in special cases through other methods specified at registration. Prices for premium programs or specialized offerings are separately listed and due on the specified dates. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to restrict program access or apply late fees in accordance with legal provisions.
True North ATH is committed to participant satisfaction with the following refund policies:
If you experience significant and documented life circumstances (serious illness, family emergency) that prevent participation, please contact our support team for case-by-case resolution, which may include partial refunds or program transfers where appropriate.
Current program periods and terms are available on our website and in program descriptions. We request timely notification for any changes in participation status. Program cancellations must follow the refund policy timelines stated above. Missed sessions or content due to participant circumstances cannot be refunded, although recordings or materials may be provided when available for online components.
The content provided in our courses, retreats, coaching sessions, and materials is protected by copyright. The redistribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from True North ATH is not permitted. All participants commit to confidentiality regarding any personal sharing or experiences of other participants encountered during group sessions. Materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or commercialized without explicit written permission.
Our programs and community spaces are to be used in a manner consistent with these terms and applicable laws. When participating in group settings or community forums, participants must maintain respectful discourse and honor the confidentiality of other participants. True North ATH may remove participants who violate these standards of conduct. Our programs should create a safe space for all participants, free from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
While we strive to provide transformative experiences, True North ATH cannot guarantee specific personal or business outcomes from participation in our programs. Our approach is educational and developmental rather than therapeutic. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and should consult healthcare professionals for any physical or mental health concerns. True North ATH maintains high standards for facilitation but is not liable for decisions made by participants based on program content.
Participants' personal data is handled with utmost care and used exclusively for program administration and participant support. Data sharing with third parties occurs only when necessary for program fulfillment (such as retreat venues). Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.
